Job Description

At the Service Desk, our mission is to ensure that our clients are empowered to use the full capabilities of our software solutions. Their success depends on our ability to support them in their day-to-day with top-quality advisory and installation/hosting services. The client is always our first consideration. 

Reporting to a Team Leader, the Technical Agent – Service Desk will be part of the installation team, which mainly takes care of deploying our software products and updates for the client. The Agent may also work in partnership with a variety of internal teams (projects, development and marketing). 

You like: 

  • Managing an incident backlog 
  • Directly helping our internal and external clients solve problems, or documenting problems for possible escalation 
  • Preparing deliveries of versions to clients and training them when making their first installation 
  • Supporting client versions (preparing laptops, managing databases, etc.) 
  • Managing configuration and installation of client-specific versions 
  • Updating client versions 
  • Ansible, Windows, Linux, MS Azure, Oracle SQL 

Qualifications

You are: 

  • Focused on the quality of client service 
  • Happy in a service-desk environment 
  • Interested in teamwork using the agile methodology 
  • Always thinking of continuous improvement 
  • Honest and reliable 
  • Passionate about your work and an independent learner when it comes to technology 
  • Bilingual (French/English)
