Job Description

Your main tasks 

  • Analyze customer data, submit recommendations and support the entire Marketing function in its various projects, business strategies and customer experience strategies. 
  • Collaborate closely on marketing communications activities relating to customer targeting, segmentation, marketing automation and business performance analysis. 
  • Develop customer indicators and metrics, monitor them and analyze deviations from targets in order to develop recommendations. 
  • Support the entire business sector in CRM operations and analytics, including the implementation of automated business processes, analyzes, reports and dashboards. 
  • Act as a guardian and expert on customer data and its quality, in order to maximize their dissemination (voice of the customer), their uses and their evolutions. 
  • Collaborate closely with the IS team in the implementation, configuration, documentation and evolution of CRM as a super user for the entire sector (marketing, sales and business development). 
  • Develop and carry out customer data collections (surveys and other collections methods), from the development of the methodology to meet our needs, up to recommendations following the analysis of operational and experiential data. 
  • Support the Director in setting up the new Marketing Analytics function, by taking charge of innovative projects and activities relating to change management. 
  • Stay on top of trends in marketing analytics and customer experience to embed best practices into the organization. 

Qualifications

Prerequisite

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related analytical field or equivalent in relevant work experience; 
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics and customer experience; 
  • Experience in companies offering B2B products and services; 
  • Experience in public transit companies or in a software development company - A plus. 

  Competencies

  • Solid knowledge and mastery of best practices in marketing analytics and customer experience, to operate a CRM in a marketing and sales environment; 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; 
  • Knowledge of different methodologies in marketing research; 
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics and Microsoft BI - an asset; 
  • End-to-end project management skills; 
  • High versatility and adaptability; 
  • Sense of initiative and autonomy; 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; 
  • Bilingual French/English (spoken and written); 
  • Excellent ability for interpersonal communications and teamwork; 
  • Strong analytical skills; 
  • Strong synthesis and presentation skills.
