• ​Be in charge of developing web services (REST APIs) used by several major companies in the postal industry (Canada Post, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, etc.)
• Actively participate in the innovation and design activities of a wide range of software products
• Design REST APIs with a distributed architecture
• Explore new technologies and share your knowledge with the team
• Optimize multi-threaded processing requests
• Work with TDD, optimization, modularity, performance, and quality
• Work in iterative mode in an agile environment

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or other relevant discipline
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in developing APIs with HTTP/REST architectures
• Knowledge of C++ programming (or other object-oriented language) and relational databases (Oracle, MsSQL)
• Experience with automated testing and TDD (Test Driven Development) is an asset
• Knowledge of distributed cloud architectures/technologies is an asset
• Knowledge of OWASP standards is an asset
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization is an asset
• You are able to communicate in French (oral and written) and are comfortable in English (especially written)
