Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and guide the teams in their QA efforts
• Help to enhance and maintain the QA practices of the development teams while supporting them in our DevOps shift
• Participate in the technological watch and the implementation of new developments in quality assurance
• Work in cooperation with the Development and Tools Teams, which are responsible for supporting and providing tools adapted to development needs while ensuring that they are used correctly
• Collaborate with management on quality-assurance aspects of the company's strategic plan

Assist and support teams

• Assist in establishing test strategies and coverage
• Assist in defining and implementing best practices for all types of testing
• Provide end-to-end support for certain projects, for example
• Set up load tests for specific projects
• Monitor the migration of tests from one framework to another

Technology and practice watch

• Watch for new best practices and quality assurance tools that can be applied in an Agile and DevOps software-development process
• Participate in the development of strategic QA plans
• Establish metrics to monitor the quality of our products

Training and Coaching

• Increase the skills of the quality analysts and developers
• Collaborate in the maintenance of guides and training
• Act as a leader of the QA centre  of expertise
• Facilitate meetings between QA analysts to promote the dissemination of best practices

• In-depth knowledge of and expertise in software quality assurance
• More than 10 years of experience in software development, including 5 years in QA
• Knowledge of Silk4NET, SoapUI, Google Test, Nightwatch
• Knowledge of performance-testing tools (Silk Performer , JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Leadership, communication skills, team player, knowledge of change management
• Able to communicate in French and English
