Team coaching

• Support the implementation of the Agile approach and tools according to the context;
• Facilitate meetings and ensure that team members understand and play their respective roles;
• Ensure that the team is functional, productive and that it is properly organized in order to increase its maturity;
• Ensure compliance with Agile values and the Scrum/Kanban/ScrumBan framework;
• Align its interventions with the company's vision, processes and technological standards;
• Transpose the company's vision to the teams;
• Ensure transparency on the status of the work to the various stakeholders;
• Accompany the team in the handling of obstacles and follow up on them.
• Contribute to reducing internal and external blockers to the team;
• Acknowledge the relationship issues observed and communicate them to the people involved.
• Provide critical insight into the consistency of the tasks and activities in the backlog and in relation to the commitments made;
• Ensure that the team's backlog is healthy;
• Accompany the Product Owner (PO) in order to maximize the value delivered to the customer and achieve the objectives.

• Identify and recommend training needs;
• Provide the required training to his team to ensure a sound use of the targeted approaches;
• Facilitate Agile communities of practice.

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or any other appropriate field
• Experience as a team’s scrum master
• More than 5 years of experience in the field of software development
• A good understanding of the software delivery cycle
• Proficiency in agile values and principles
• Communications skills and proven ability to communicate in various situations
• Tact and skills in facilitation and resolving conflicts
• Skills for influencing and negotiation
