Your mission
You will act as a human resources generalist, more specifically by providing an advisory role and proposing practical, innovative solutions adapted to the HR needs of a constantly evolving group of internal clients.
You will actively participate in the development and deployment of organizational development projects and thus contribute to the outreach of the HR department in collaboration with the members of the team.

Your main responsibilities

  • In Montreal and for international subsidiaries, advise and support managers in various human resources management practices such as integration and development of resources, talent and succession management, performance management , labor relations, etc.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of team management skills in order to maintain mobilized resources and achieve business objectives.
  • Actively participate in the realization and deployment of organizational development projects.
  • Guide managers and act as an ambassador of change in contexts of organizational change or any other project having an impact on human resources.
  • Interpret the rules and policies in Montreal and internationally in matters of labor law and mobility to inform and advise managers and colleagues, including employees on assignment abroad.
  • Support managers and employees in leading the overseas assignment process.
  • Be on the lookout for best practices in your area of ​​expertise.

You have

  • More than 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in management consulting and organizational development.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a company operating with international offices.
  • Some important advantages:
  • Experience in an IT company;
  • Experience as an expatriate or on assignment;
  • Member of the Order of CRHA.
