Job Description

  • Relate with ECAs to ensure all extension shipments are assigned and delivered on time. Also, follow up to ensure resolution of issues with extension shipment delivery
  • Investigate all visited shipments, by calling the customers and the rider that logged visited, to verify and resolve the issue. And reassign a rider if necessary.
  • Follow up with fleet and assist in resolving rider and captain breakdown complaints.
  • Relate with API Integration Unit on API last-mile deliveries and provide shipment status.
  • Report and escalate any accident incidents with riders/captains, and follow-up with emergency rescue mention to be carried out promptly.
  • Assist other members of the team when the need arises.
  • COD remittance follow up

Qualifications

Applicants MUST satisfy the following under-listed selection criteria:

- Must have been in continuous employment with GIG LOGISTICS for not less than one year as an Experience Center Agent, or it's equivalent.

- Must have a minimum appraisal score of 90% from June to August appraisal.
