Senior Technical Artist

 to join our growing team in Brno, Czech Republic.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with artists and scripters to bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical implementation.
• Act as a liaison to ensure seamless integration of art assets into the game engine.
• Implement and optimize assets to meet performance requirements without compromising visual quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to art assets during the development process.
• Support art team with tools scripts and workflow enhancements

Expected Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Graphics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven extensive experience as a Technical Artist in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of 3D graphics, shaders, and rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software (Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, etc.).
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

What would be a plus?

• Enthusiasm for gaming and a genuine interest in the Farming Simulator series.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., LUA, Python) for tool development and automation.
• Experience with scripting and Geometry nodes in Blender.
