We are looking for a candidate with great people skills and that is excited to extend their B2B sales knowledge in IT sector.

As a Business Development Specialist at GGS IT Consulting you will be responsible for one of the interesting area in our business: generating process automation opportunities with new prospecting clients. You will work closely with both lead-gen and Consulting Team to help our clients.

 Detailed duties: 

  • Generating new business opportunities with individual activities and cooperation with Lead Generation Team;
  • Leading the full sales cycle - from prospecting, making contact, qualifying prospects, nurturing, presenting the offer and finally participate in closing the sale;
  • Acquiring new leads mainly through outbound activities;
  • Conducting online (via e-mails and chat) conversations with English-speaking clients; 
  • Acting as a business partner, maintaining connections with existing clients, and consistently ensuring great customer experience;
  • Support in implementing communication and sales projects;
  • Providing market insight in terms of needs and possibilities, market monitoring, and competition activities;
  • Building long-term relationships with customers;
  • Improving current sales processes; 
  • Support in other administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in IT sales;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - C1;
  • Proficient in Google docs and MS Office; 
  • Experience in working on long sales cycle (6m+) with midmarket clients;
  • Good knowledge of prospecting tools and tactics (Sales Navigator, Cold Mail Automation tools, Prospect searching tools, Hubspot);
  • Ability to identify clients' needs in the early stage of the sales process.
