The position reports to Regional E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager who is located in Athens-Greece: 

Main tasks and responsibilities:
•    Builds AdWords and Social Campaigns ( Facebook, Instagram ) from scratch based on goals
•    Sets up remarketing lists & guidance for correct implementation of tracking tags
•    Performs keyword research and optimization to increase account’s performance
•    Is responsible for day-to-day management and execution of all paid media accounts including bidding, optimization, testing, inquiries & requests, seasonal adjustments, and roll-out of new campaigns and promotions in order to achieve agreed KPIs
•    Designs, implements and reports Search Engine Optimizations plan
•    Develops reports by aggregating and analyzing information from web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio and prepare analysis to demonstrate effective return on advertising spend (ROAS) and proposes optimization actions
•    Takes initiatives to use consumer and commercial insights for growth opportunities in paid channels
•    Sets up & implements email marketing campaigns & automation tools
•    Liaises with Marketing teams to generate new performance concepts in growing platforms
•    Safeguards being on top of latest trends in the digital marketing industry
 

Professional knowledge, skills and competencies:
·    3+ years of experience in retail & Digital Performance Marketing 
·    Knowledge and hands-on experience on SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising & Retargeting 
·    Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Marketing
·    Established sense of duty and ownership
·    Excellent Communication and presentation skills
·    Analytical thinking and capability to understand business requirements
·    Ability to translate business indicators into actionable strategies
·    Project management experience
·    Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
·    Native Bulgarian & fluent English
Would be considered as an asset:
·    Basic HTML or any other programming language
·    Knowledge in Google Tag Manager
