• Ensuring that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
• Monitoring and managing all operating costs and P&L elements related to the areas of responsibility
• Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives
• Managing all HR digital sources (HRMS, F2f, LMS)

• Degree: Bachelor, Preferably in Business administration or Human Resources
• PC Skills: MS Office/ Social Media
• Foreign Languages and level:  English: Very Good
• Solid Local Labour Law knowledge
• Post Graduate degree in HR Management will be considered as advantage
• Knowledge of the Retail Market will be considered as advantage
