Operations Data Analyst

 

About the Role

• A fast-moving organization is seeking 3 Operations Data Analysts to support a high-impact, short-term data initiative. 

• This project will focus on analyzing operational data, improving reporting accuracy, and generating insights that drive better decision-making.

• This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment while working alongside a collaborative and fast-paced team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights

• Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Build and maintain reports using Excel to support business operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights

• Assist in improving data processes and reporting workflows

 

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

• High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field preferred

 

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or operations-related work

• Experience with large datasets or basic data cleaning techniques

 

Location: Remote (preference for candidates based in Latin America, particularly Panama or Colombia)
