Job Description

Are you a projects-oriented person with a flair Interest In sales? Do you have previous experience in managing a team and exceeding targets? Then look no further! This role Is for YOU!

Due to growth, we are currently on the look-out for a motivated Individual to lead our projects and sales team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Sales, Projects & the event management team
  • Planning and executing various projects and Initiatives set by the management
  • Generating leads, cold calling & setting up of business meetings (Both face-to-face and Virtual)
  • Developing business within the HR consultancy, Recruitment Services, Marketing Services, Project Management and lastly our recently developed KYC Software
  • Creating sales and business development campaigns and promotional strategy alongside the management
  • Researching and Identifying new business opportunities; Including new markets, growth areas, trends, customer partnerships and services.
  • Setting up new client’s contracts
  • Attending both Virtual and conference

Qualifications

If you can think strategically while seeing the bigger picture, then don't miss this out. Previous experience In Sales/Projects Is a Must while having knowledge in both Maltese and English language would be considered as an asset.
