GCS Malta is seeking a Letting Agent to work with one of Malta’s leading real estate companies. The chosen candidate will be responsible for advising clients about the letting process and rents, setting up viewings, preparing agreements, as well as handling any issues with the property.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients about the letting process and rents
• Setting up viewings and showing potential tenants around the property
• Selecting responsible, reliable tenants
• Preparing tenancy agreements and inventories
• Checking tenant references
• Ensuring all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements
• Meeting landlords
• Arranging for maintenance to be carried out
• Liaising with various departments
• Handling any issues with the property
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law related to lettings

If you are in possession of an ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level standard of education, with previous working experience within the industry, then this one’s for you!

One must be meticulous and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in the English language is considered a must. Knowledge in any additional languages is considered a plus.
