GCS Malta is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading corporate companies. The chosen individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day client requests, carrying out verification of due diligence, as well as preparing monthly statistics on targets.

Responsibilties:

• Handling client requests on a day-to-day basis
• Preparing and handling submission of statutory filings
• Opening and closing of bank accounts
• Setting up of companies
• Carrying out verification of due diligence
• Preparing monthly statistics on targets
• Preparing documents and attending meetings
• Liaising with both internal external departments
• Improving internal procedures
• Ensuring policies and procedures are being adhered to
• Assisting with internal company projects
• Providing training and guidance to team members

If you are in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in law and/or an equivalent qualification, with previous working experience of at least 3-4 years’ within a similar role, then this one’s for you!

One must be pro-active and meticulous, with exceptional communication and organisational skills. The individual must also be eager to work within a team-oriented environment and be capable of working within a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in the English language is considered a must. Knowledge in Italian or any additional languages is considered a plus.
