Support Specialist

Job Description

My client in Greater Manchester has a requirement for a support specialist.

They are looking for someone to come in and help with the following:


Requirements:

  • To setup and deploy c.90 Chromebooks to a remote team of field sellers connected via a separate tethered solution.
  • To setup the enterprise management systems, policies & procedures
  • To train to high competence a small internal technical team of IT staff in;
    • Device management & maintenance
    • System updates
    • Application deployment
    • Asset control & tracking
  • Separately, or concurrently to setup a VMWare solution to deploy a virtual desktop to all of these devices
