We are building a global payments and financial operations platform that allows digital businesses that are operating internationally to automate their payables and receivables across a curated network of financial institutions. We act as their business financial companion to bring efficiency and scalability into their payment operations
The problem we are solving
Today finance teams must interact with several financial providers to transact globally facing multiple challenges from treasury management to slow reconciliation process to repetitive compliance processes. This is adding to the workload on financial operations teams resulting in higher transactional costs and making finance teams less strategic.

We sell to high-growth companies that are typically operating across borders. We also sell to channel partners where Fyorin is a good fit for their existing portfolio. Typically, these are channel partners of accounting solutions.
As a team, we adopt a consultive selling approach where we look to help clients to provide them with a solution to their problems. In our sales cycle, we typically engage with finance people. This year with a small them, we‘ve experienced exponential growth across Europe, but we believe we can grow more, and we need you to help us reach the next level. We have ambitious growth plans with an eye already on expanding outside of Europe, next year.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospects
- Being proactive to ensure a healthy pipeline with the help from a team of SDR's, marketing campaigns and outbound activity
- Present the Fyorin solution to prospective clients through online demo's, events and traditional meetings when possible.
- Run complete sales cycle, negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data in Salesforce
- Develop solid and long-term client relationships.
- Working closely with the rest of the sales team at Fyorin while always open to learning and adapting to improve both yourself and the business.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of outside/direct sales experience carrying a quota
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in selling into the office of the CFO (Treasury Managers, Head of Finance, CFO etc)
- Solid experience closing B2B deals of 200K+ EUR a year per a customer
- Personal drive - you're a self-starter with the ambition to get ahead of the pack
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other Sales Representative roles within B2B Fintech companies.
- Previous experience in selling financial products (FX, Cards etc) would be an advantage
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Hubspot)
- Experience running online demos presentations (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated track record in the planning, development, and implementation of new business activity involving leading-edge technology
