The LM executive provides assistance to the operations manager in the daily management of the business. Tasks will vary according to the business operations with a typical focus on the human resources aspects of the business.
LM Executive is responsible for overseeing training and onboarding programs. It allows the operations team to better serve the clients and the company
Roles & Responsibilities
· Sourcing riders for various vendors.
· Aligning riders to business objectives. Recruit based on the location provided by the team.
· Negotiate on the costing part with manpower vendors & closing the agreement.
· Communicate directly with Driver partners for onboarding and processing documents
· Interacting with clients and Riders, answering questions, and resolving issues.
· Co-ordinating with Internal teams for smooth operations.
· Manages concerns of blue-collar guys and tries to resolve the issues escalated from clients.
· Maintaining assets, policy, and procedure documents.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 2 to 3 years of experience in handling gig force & large Fleet handling or in a similar role.
· Ability to get dedicated riders
· Strong people management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
· Detail-oriented.
Qualifications
Graduation is must.
