Job Description
At Fygaro, we’re on a mission to simplify commerce and payments across the Americas. We’re looking for a Customer Success Consultant who thrives on helping businesses grow and succeed using technology.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth setup experience
- Understand merchant needs and recommend the right Fygaro solutions
- Drive product adoption across features like payments, links, shops, and vPOS
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and retention
- Handle customer inquiries across video call, chat, email, and WhatsApp with speed and clarity
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
Qualifications
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in Customer Success, Support, or Consulting (SaaS or fintech is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and solution-oriented)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients
- Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them
- Spanish & English proficiency required
Additional Information

- Experience with payments, eCommerce, or POS systems
- Familiarity with tools like CRM, helpdesk, or chat platforms (e.g. Zendesk, HubSpot)
- Experience working with SMBs or entrepreneurs
