Job Description

Position Summary:

Handle inquires from prospective customers who are interested in ADT's service. Sell the customer a reactivation contract and set up the required activation channel.

  • Identify system types and move to selling customers monitoring services.
  • Follow-up on pending contracts by calling customers to remind them to finalize their purchase by signing/returning contract.
  • Handle calls from existing ADT customers who are interested in adding additional services to their home security system. When appropriate, sell the devices and arrange installation.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by determining customer needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests etc.

Education/Certification:

  • High School diploma or GED
