As Production Manager, you will be responsible for and oversee the production of our clients' projects. You will oversee and monitor the progress of all jobs through the agency and liaise with relevant suppliers to ensure adherence to client specifications, budget and deadlines. You will be responsible for a broad range of production categories centered around printing.

To be considered for this role, you must have production management experience. You will understand the preparation of artwork and have an excellent knowledge of print. You will be experienced in print costs/estimating and have a strong understanding of process printing, large format printing, as well as product and apparel branding. You will be used to working under pressure and on multiple projects/clients simultaneously. Any digital experience would be beneficial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a subject matter expert in consulting with internal creative and marketing teams
• Partner with established vendors to produce materials on time and on budget
• Drive cost savings by partnering with vendors to constantly look for and present options for cutting costs
• Provide quality control and meet client expectations for all samples and finished goods
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of projects artworks
• Create cost estimates for printing projects

• 2+ years in production management or similar role
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Willingness to be flexible with change and approach projects with a can-do attitude
• Extensive knowledge of printing service vendors and supply chains in Lagos
