We are looking to expand our FLOW Team to help us meet the growing needs of business systems integration whether it is on premise, off-site, cloud based or external trading partners systems.

At Fusion Factory no day is the same, we have exciting FLOW middleware implementation projects for eCommerce, EDI & Systems Integration across a diverse customer portfolio and industries where you will also have an opportunity to be involved in a technical pre-sales capacity with the sales team to present, workshop, scope and quote for new projects.

You will also get the opportunity to provide training and support for new and existing partners and customers as we continue to expand the business.

We are looking for someone who will bring their technical skills and customer facing experience to the table and become a key member of the Fusion Factory team.

In such a dynamic environment, great communication is essential. You will be a particularly good fit if you enjoy participating in the pre-sales process, teaching others (speaking or creating content) and are always exploring the potential of new ways of working more efficiently for our customer.

• Ability to build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship across all disciplines, while ensuring that key business drivers are addressed.
• Proven experience in software solution development and deployment of data-centric projects
• Proven experience in deploying middleware solutions
• Previous experience working for a Consulting, eCommerce retailer or internal IT environment 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent business and technical documentation skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complicated issues and technical subject matter
• Effectively communicate, across many channels, your progress with your team & stakeholders.
