Due to progressive growth, we are seeking to hire a DevOps Engineeer who will be responsible for the DevOps operation for our Comestri platform, you will be responsible for;

• Building and supporting solutions using AWS services
• Building infrastructure/platform automation
• Monitoring and reporting on the availability and performance of SaaS platform
• System administration of our cloud infrastructure
• Implementing solutions around continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Optimising our database performance
• Platform migration

• Commercial experience in a DevOps or SysOps role (AWS)
• Experience working across: EC2/VPC/SecurityGroup, S3, Route53, Autoscaling, Application Load Balancer, CloudFront, CloudFormation, IAM, RDS
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix, networking, administration and infrastructure
• AWS certified
• Ruby scripting
• Automation using Chef
• Shell scripting
• Expertise knowledge of nginx/apache
• Monitoring for infrastructures and applications (New Relic/Splunk/CloudWatch/Datadog)
• Experience and reasonable understanding of firewalls, load-balancers, general networking concepts, components and processes

 Nice to have skills:

•  CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins/Bamboo/TeamCity/AWS Codepiple)
• Ruby server stack (nginx/passenger/bundler/rubygem)
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Lambda, API Gateway, EFS, Elasticache, ECS, EKS, SNS, SQS, MSK, EMR
• DBA skills for Postgresql
• Kafka, Kinesis
• Spark, Flink
• Redis
• Elastic search
