We are seeking a detail-oriented R2A Test Specialist to join our dynamic team in San José, Costa Rica. As an R2A Test Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by implementing Requirements to Acceptance (R2A) testing methodologies.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on R2A principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and ensure traceability throughout the testing process
• Perform thorough functional and non-functional testing to validate software quality
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test results
• Assist in the development and implementation of test automation strategies
• Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and quality metrics
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in R2A testing

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on R2A testing methodologies
• Strong knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect tracking processes
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• ISTQB certification preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
