We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP Consultant to join our team in Tianjin, China. This critical role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and a strong understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management), QM (Quality Management), and ABAP programming. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our SAP systems tailored to the pharmaceutical industry's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP modules to align with business requirements in production planning and process optimization.
• Provide expert-level support for SAP MM and SAP QM, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Develop custom SAP solutions using ABAP programming to meet specific business needs.
• Lead and execute full-cycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and GMP requirements within SAP processes.
• Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users on SAP best practices and system usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and recommend relevant upgrades or enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP consulting, with expertise in SAP PP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SAP QM, and hands-on experience in ABAP programming.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or understanding of its regulatory landscape is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Tianjin; remote work within China is possible for highly experienced candidates.
