We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join the team of a global minerals company. The role will focus on managing and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) processes, with a specific focus on Coupa, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and Treasury sub-modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial management, cost controlling, and integrated systems, ensuring streamlined financial operations across the company.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP FICO module, including Coupa, BPC, and Treasury sub-modules.
• Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions for financial processes.
• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and asset accounting, using SAP FICO.
• Oversee the integration of Coupa procurement systems with SAP FICO to ensure seamless data flow and process optimization.
• Implement and manage the SAP BPC module for budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation to support financial planning and reporting.
• Manage Treasury operations within SAP, including cash management, risk management, and liquidity planning.
• Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot any issues within the SAP FICO module and its sub-modules.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and finance, to ensure efficient SAP operations.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with exposure to Coupa, BPC, and Treasury.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO processes, including financial accounting, cost controlling, and asset management.
• Proven experience with SAP Coupa for procurement, SAP BPC for financial planning, and SAP Treasury for cash and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
