Job Description
- Handle end to end Front Desk activities.
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate teams.
- Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
- Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
- Regularly checking and sorting emails.
- Works closely with the Admin team to keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
- Maintain a visitor, attendance and material logbook.
- Handle front desk security and third-party office staffs.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements like booking tickets, visa preparation, stay management, etc.
Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree.
- 4 plus years of experience as a front desk representative, or in any relevant position.
- Must know how to book travel tickets and prepare visa documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication, written and people skills.
- Good at multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
- People oriented and professional attitude.
