Job Description

  1. Organized, self-directed, and able to adjust to shifting schedules and requirements.
  2. Taking daily round updates and escalate if any issues to the senior production team.
  3. Handle production meeting schedules within the department and taking meeting notes.
  4. Run the production floor according to the guidelines set out by the Production Management.
  5. Stays abreast of issues on the floor and elevates information appropriately to the Managers/Coordinator.
  6. Learns how to build schedules. Assists in planning.
  7. Update trackers and track tasks daily.
  8. Can move between teams and projects.
  9. Work with Managers and Production to track and manage the workflow through the departments meeting internal and external deadlines.

Qualifications

  1. Highly organised, and excellent time management skills.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate exchange between departments.
  3. Knowledge of Shotgun would be a plus.
  4. Good in co-ordination and follow up with Team to ensure tasks are being acted upon and completed in time as per set milestones.
  5. Should be a team player.
  6. Open to be mentored.
  7. Basic knowledge of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel and Project)
  8. Some knowledge or understanding of visual effects or post-production.
