Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager and Investor Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing programs and initiatives to drive operational excellence, enhance our relationships with ventures and investors, and build a strong ecosystem network of corporates and partners for the ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage programs and initiatives to improve the venture building firm's operations and overall performance.
• Work closely with the ventures in our venture building program to ensure they receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
• Organise and coordinate events and workshops for the ventures in the venture building program to help them develop their businesses.
• Manage the evaluation process for ventures that are selected to the venture building program.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the ventures and provide mentorship and guidance as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong ecosystem network of corporates and partners for the ventures.
• Build and collaborate with an ecosystem of commercial partners to identify and develop commercial opportunities for the ventures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing investors and seek new investors to expand the venture building program's investor base.
• Communicate effectively with investors to provide regular updates on the venture building program's performance and investment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for investors and potential investors.
• Develop and manage investor reporting processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support fundraising efforts and assist with the preparation of investor materials.
• Attend investor meetings and conferences to represent the venture building program and develop relationships with potential investors.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, investor relations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
• Knowledge of the venture building ecosystem and investment processes.
• Experience working with ventures and managing venture building programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
