Account Executive Focus:
Fullcast.io is looking for a resourceful, driven sales professional with a competitive spirit and strong business acumen to help us reach our revenue targets. If you are curious about technology, have a passion for making your customers successful, and articulate the ROI of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
Successful Account Executives will have experience with deep levels of discovery and handling objections throughout the sales cycle. They engage with their customers at every stage of the sales cycle - Discovery, deal development, contracting, purchase, and beyond. The Account Executive is a trusted partner to the C-Suite and Rev-Ops stakeholders, helping them navigate internal processes to purchase and adopt the Fullcast.io platform. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and winning new business and setting the stage for successful customer relationships that lead to revenue expansion and customer renewal.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Documented history of over-achieving sales targets and goals
5-7 years sales experience establishing strategic C-level relationships with companies and comfort selling SaaS solutions to c-suite executives within targeted accounts
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Comfort with navigating contracts, programs, and purchasing practices.
A passion for problem-solving and using technologies to solve customer pain points
Confidence in your ability to run a high-volume sales pipeline in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and start-up environment
A disciplined approach to using Salesforce CRM for tracking accounts, opportunities, and activity
B.S. or B.A Degree
Other qualifications that will help you stand out:
A good understanding of Rev-Ops practices and experience selling solutions to this audience
Have worked closely with Sales Operations and Sales Strategy personnel in a SaaS start-up or have prior experience in GTM planning, Anaplan, or Xactly
An insatiable business curiosity and desire to maximize the opportunity within each targeted account
