Fullcast.io , is seeking a Head of Marketing to build a world-class Marketing team, responsible for the overall marketing strategy & execution including demand generation, developing our brand presence, and evangelizing our message.
What You'll Do
Establish a marketing strategy and plan to deliver business objectives
Drive full stack marketing efforts across brand awareness and demand generation
Include analytics, technology, data management and a regular cadence of marketing measurement and reporting
Think outside the box of traditional boring enterprise B2B marketing and reach users in fun, refreshing, and creative ways
Develop full multi-channel growth strategies across paid social, partnerships, paid search, email, content, affiliate and other channels
Ensure brand and creative strategy is strong and consistent across all channels
Directly responsible for tracking and improving key metrics CAC, LTV, Churn, and more
Who You Are
10+ years experience in B2B Marketing, ideally midmarket or enterprise SaaS
5+ years of leadership experience in a leadership role, building and managing a marketing organization with superior ability to recruit, retain, and motivate the existing team and future talent
Prior experience executing a short and long-term go-to-market strategy at a high-growth company, ideally that has scaled from $1M to $10M in revenue and beyond.
Experience working with marketing agencies and knowledge of how to partner with them
Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).
Experience leading and developing marketing team members at different career stages
Experience in a predominantly sales-led go-to-market environment is a plus, given the majority of their growth will be through sales revenue, not self-serve in the future.
Comfortable setting and holding self and team accountable to goals and being transparent around them
Experience partnering closely with sales leadership and an understanding of the connection between demand generation and revenue growth.
Willingness to get hands dirty as well as delegate over time
Insistent on quality and attentive to details, but able to work with your team to deliver with speed and flexibility
