Lead BizOps Engineer

Location: St Louis, Missouri (Hybrid 3 days/Week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Preferably looking for 8+ years’ of experience candidate

Skillset required: Stakeholder Management, Linux & Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, ITIL / ITSM, Troubleshooting, Deployments, Monitoring Tool - Splunk, Incident Management, Jenkins - CI/CD, Groovy Scripting/Yaml.

The Role

Provide L2 support to production systems like application, database, middleware components, infrastructure and network components.

• ITIL/ITSM Principles and Practice
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Infrastructure (Unix, Windows, Mainframe) Administration
• Network Architecture (Layer 1 to Layer 3)
• Middleware & Runtime Environments (such as J2EE/.NET)
• Load balancers and application firewalls (WAFs)
• Logging and Monitoring methods, standards and tools
• DevOps Concepts & Tooling
• Resiliency, High Availability & Business Continuity Planning/Management
• Caching Concepts & Content Delivery Networks
• Configuration Management (& Infrastructure as Code)
• Cloud Concepts, Architecture and Platform as a Service (PaaS) Concepts
• Advanced understanding of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Access Management (SAML, LTPA, SSO, Oauth)
• Advanced knowledge of Internet architecture and project delivery
• Intermediate knowledge of Network Troubleshooting
• Foundational knowledge of cryptographic services (HSMs/Certificates)
