• ITIL/ITSM Principles and Practice
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Distributed Compute (UNIX & Windows) or Mainframe Operating Systems (Linux commands, scripting, understand code)
• Network Concepts (Layer 1 to Layer 3) (Load balancers and application firewalls (WAFs))
• Middleware & Runtime Environments
• Stack Trace Analysis (TCP Dumps, Heap Dumps, CPU/memory analysis, Thread dumps)
• SQL querying skills.
• Logging and Monitoring methods, standards and tools
• DevOps Concepts & Tooling
• Resiliency, High Availability & Business Continuity Planning/Management
• Caching Concepts & Content Delivery Networks
• Cloud Concepts, Architecture and Platform as a Service (PaaS) Concepts
