The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner to the CEO, enabling focus, alignment, and execution across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring that key priorities are translated into actionable plans and effectively implemented.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Drive Strategic Priorities: partner with the CEO to define, structure, and execute key business priorities, ensuring initiatives are clearly scoped, resourced, and delivered on time.
- Executive Governance & Decision-Making: lead the preparation and follow-up of Board and Leadership Team meetings, ensuring high-quality materials, clear recommendations, and rigorous tracking of decisions and actions.
- Execution & Performance Management: establish and manage governance routines (e.g., business reviews, leadership committees, cross-functional forums), ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across functions.
- Program & Initiative Coordination: work closely with functional leaders to translate strategy into detailed execution plans, including milestones, KPIs, and ownership.
- CEO Office Operations: coordinate and prioritize key topics within the CEO agenda, ensuring focus on high-impact activities and effective time allocation.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and follow-through.
Qualifiche
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–7 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., MBB or Big4), ideally at Manager level or equivalent.
- Demonstrates strong credibility and confidence when interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and structured, with the ability to break down complex problems and synthesize clear, actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, driving outcomes in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and impactful executive materials.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in international and senior executive contexts.
- Strong relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority and operate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

We offer a contract with ccnl Textile-industry, 8° levels, daily tickets from 8€ and a competitive amount of Welfare. Weekly schedule: 40 hours full time from Monday to Friday with flexible opening and closing times (8.30 to 9.30 and 17.30 to 18.30). Frette offers the possibility to have an individual Smart Working arrangement for two days a week.
