You will be responsible for managing key programs that support our product go-to-market strategies and enablement processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee a team of three experienced PMM professionals and collaborate with multiple teams, including Core Product Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Web, Integrated Marketing, and Campaigns. Product Launch Strategy & Process: Develop and scale a best-in-class product launch strategy. Implement processes and infrastructure that support both major and minor launches at scale. Ensure that launches are executed seamlessly and on time, with clear alignment across product, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
Product and Feature Enablement: Establish and maintain best practices for product and feature enablement. In this role, you will act as the liaison between our core product marketing teams and our Revenue enablement organization. You will lay down the methodology, planning and process for timely and effective enablement on our products and features for our frontline customer facing teams.
- Cross-functional alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact between the product marketing organization and the rest of the marketing functions (Web & Digital marketing, Integrated marketing, Customer marketing, Event marketing etc.). Drive better process, planning and coordination between various teams to ensure that all customer-facing assets and marketing campaigns are aligned with latest product messaging and go-to-market priorities.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing people and programs.
Proven track record of managing large-scale product launches, including cross-functional coordination.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, web, and revenue enablement teams).
Excellent project management and program management skills, with a focus on process optimization and scalable operations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, compelling narratives.
This role will require you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where collaboration and communication are key.
