Job Description

Job Summary:

The AWS Alliance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic marketing initiatives in partnership with AWS. This role focuses on creating joint marketing programs, campaigns, and activities that promote our solutions on the AWS platform, drive demand, and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Alliance Management:

    • Build and maintain a strong relationship with AWS marketing and alliance teams.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing activities related to the AWS partnership.

  2. Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with AWS to drive joint business objectives.

    • Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities and campaigns that align with both our company’s and AWS’s goals.

  3. Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Plan, develop, and implement joint marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.

    • Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.

  4. Content Creation:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and AWS to create compelling content, such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos, that highlight the benefits of our solutions on the AWS platform.

    • Ensure all content is aligned with AWS brand guidelines and messaging.

  5. Performance Measurement:

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of joint marketing activities and campaigns.

    • Provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to stakeholders.

  6. Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget allocated for AWS alliance activities.

    • Ensure optimal use of funds to achieve the highest return on investment.

  7. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align joint efforts and maximize impact.

    • Communicate regularly with AWS partners to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of goals and activities.

  8. Event Management:

    • Coordinate and manage joint events, including trade shows, conferences, and AWS-sponsored events.

    • Ensure effective representation and promotion of our solutions at these events.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on alliances or partnerships. Experience with AWS or cloud technology marketing is highly desirable.

  •  

    Preferred:

  • Experience working within a technology company or with cloud service providers.

  • Familiarity with AWS marketing programs and tools.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS services.

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.

    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

  • This role may require travel to AWS events, partner meetings, and other relevant activities.
