JOB DESCRIPTION –

 

Overview –

We are looking for a young-minded energetic person for the role of Senior Customer Specialist to become part of a rocket ship to assist sales teams in finding the right opportunity with a qualitative approach. This job role is based out of Chennai.

Responsibilities - 

Accountable for engaging on Calls & Chats with all prospective customers calling in within

  • Accountable for engaging on Calls & Chats with all prospective customers calling in within the SLA definitions
  • Accountable for assigning the sales queue tickets to the right POC’s and ensure to follow up with the Account Managers to respond and close the tickets within the SLA limits
  • Build and increase knowledge on all product of Freshworks
  • Identify needs of the prospect, clarify relevant questions and understand if there are immediate opportunities available for sales engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the phone and CRM products.
  • Promote database cleanup and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS –

Requirements (What we look for in a candidate) -

  • Any degree (UG or PG)
  • 1 to 4 years of sales or customer support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive and perseverance to engage with prospects
  • Team player
  • Willimngness to work in night shifts
  • Microsoft office knowledge

Additional information -

- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products.
- A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
