Job Description

Working as a part of the Revenue Operations team, the role will require you to own, lead and deliver critical cross-functional initiatives and work closely with the Senior Leadership team, sales, and marketing functions and help them make data driven decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities  

 

  • Ensure data integrity within CRM, identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies or inaccuracies

  • Own and manage data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and reliability

  • Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality data

  • Continuously improve data management processes and practices to meet evolving business needs

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and data teams, to align goals and execute strategic initiatives

  • Communicate data-related updates, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

  • Proactively define and execute projects spanning systems, data management, process automation, and tooling implementation 

  • Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, strategic & process changes, and escalations

  • Design, implement, and optimize processes for collecting, storing, and analyzing data

  • Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies

  • Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of work experience 

  • MBA from a top-tier college; Or a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience 

  • Highly proficient  in handling large volumes of data 

  • Strong in SQL and advanced MS Excel capabilities

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills 

  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components, and think through optimal solutions

  • Understand complex process and their downstream effects end-to-end and design new processes that scale 

  • Ability to deep dive into trends and anomalies (have a level of professional skepticism about data and pursue the meaning/causation behind results) 

  • Strong team management and communication & persuasion skills 

  • A strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional & dispersed team 

  • Work experience in internet, software, and SaaS industries, particularly in CRM Operations role, is a major plus
