Job Description
Working as a part of the Revenue Operations team, the role will require you to own, lead and deliver critical cross-functional initiatives and work closely with the Senior Leadership team, sales, and marketing functions and help them make data driven decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity within CRM, identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies or inaccuracies
Own and manage data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and reliability
Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality data
Continuously improve data management processes and practices to meet evolving business needs
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and data teams, to align goals and execute strategic initiatives
Communicate data-related updates, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Proactively define and execute projects spanning systems, data management, process automation, and tooling implementation
Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, strategic & process changes, and escalations
Design, implement, and optimize processes for collecting, storing, and analyzing data
Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures
Qualifications
7-10 years of work experience
MBA from a top-tier college; Or a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience
Highly proficient in handling large volumes of data
Strong in SQL and advanced MS Excel capabilities
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components, and think through optimal solutions
Understand complex process and their downstream effects end-to-end and design new processes that scale
Ability to deep dive into trends and anomalies (have a level of professional skepticism about data and pursue the meaning/causation behind results)
Strong team management and communication & persuasion skills
A strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional & dispersed team
Work experience in internet, software, and SaaS industries, particularly in CRM Operations role, is a major plus
