We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT ERP Manager specializing in Quote to
Cash processes to oversee end-to-end solutions, projects, and daily operations for our
Quote to Cash applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring
the smooth functioning of our systems, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency in
our Quote to Cash operations while managing team members.

Responsibilities:
 End-to-End Solution Management: Lead the design, implementation, and
maintenance of Quote to Cash solutions, ensuring alignment with business
objectives and requirements.
 Project Management: Oversee all Quote to Cash projects from inception to
completion, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, execution, and post-
implementation support.
 Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of Quote to Cash
applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges,
and ensuring system stability and performance.
 Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve Quote to Cash
processes to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the customer
experience.
 Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, including Chargebee and
NetSuite, to optimize the utilization of business applications, manage contracts,
and stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
 Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
Sales and Finance, to understand business requirements, prioritize initiatives,
and deliver value-added solutions.
 Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation, user guides,
and training materials for Quote to Cash applications to ensure effective usage
and adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or related field.
 Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on Quote to Cash processes
and applications managing team members. Expertise in Chargebee and/or NetSuite business applications is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with similar ERP systems is acceptable.
 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
concurrently and drive them to successful completion.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
