Job Description

We are looking for an analytical revenue-driven marketing leader as our Sr. Director, Integrated Campaigns to build creative and impactful marketing campaigns across multiple products, channels, regions and segments with core responsibility for and accountability of engaging and acquiring new customers.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Integrated Campaigns , this role is highly cross-functional, strategic, and partners closely with the extended marketing team, sales leaders and operations to execute campaign plans and programs that drive business impact. Our ideal candidate is a passionate B2B marketer with prior experience of overseeing marketing campaigns to drive key business results at SaaS companies in a global environment. 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand ideal buyer personas, their goals and challenges, and define solutions that optimally position the Freshworks suite of products around the buying journeys.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop a comprehensive cross-channel campaign strategy for each product, customer segment, geography and industry vertical. 
  • Enable our field, partner, and ABM marketers with standardized campaign assets (campaign in a box, etc.) to drive consistent messaging across regions.
  • Translate the integrated campaigns strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers 
  • Partner with the regional teams to build campaign plans that support our priority sub-regions, languages, verticals and targets. 
  • Work closely with our thought leadership, brand and demand generation teams to integrate all parts of the buyer's journey. 
  • Define and report on key success metrics for campaigns
  • Lead a high-performance team of global campaign professionals

Qualifications

  • 12+ years marketing leadership experience managing $250-$750M in revenue pipeline in high-growth companies 
  • Demonstrated success and comfort driving global campaigns in multiple languages
  • Deep understanding of demand-focused content strategy and its application to demand generation across both SMB, Commercial and Mid Market segments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Demonstrate curiosity by keeping up to date on industry and competitive trends, changes in buyer behavior, and emerging technologies to continually improve demand-generation strategies, always seeking to raise the bar where it matters most
  • Prior experience in creating and executing marketing campaign strategies at enterprise software companies 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives 
  • Build unique content marketing programs that can help us scale organic customer acquisition.
  • Experience and proven ability to hire, manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals 
  • BS/MS degree required. MBA desired.

Additional Information

The annual OTE range for this position is $260,000 — $420,000 USD.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
