In this role, you will engage daily with a diverse array of external customers and internal teams, bridging the gap between solution development and sales. You will also play a pivotal role in implementing Freshworks products and creating resources and materials to facilitate the expansion of our processes across various industries and regions.

 

Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our SaaS Professional Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise-level projects within the SaaS industry. As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Planning and Execution:

 

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks according to the plan.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential risks or issues.
  • Manage project constraints (i.e., scope, schedule, budget) and project risks, issues, decisions, action items, and changes as needed for project success.
  • Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and any deviations from the plan to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

 

Quality Assurance:

 

  • Implement best practices and quality standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to assess project deliverables and ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to enhance overall project quality and delivery

 

Change Management:

 

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project delivery.
  • Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on project objectives, timeline, and budget.
  • Communicate changes to stakeholders and facilitate consensus on appropriate courses of action.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects in the SaaS industry, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong project management skills through project planning, execution, risk management, task prioritisation and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels driven through proficiency in verbal and written communication, presentation of documents and proposals
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success in a collaborative environment.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS technologies, deployment methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in advisory consulting preferred
  • Expertise in organising workshops to prioritise project elements including goals, sprints, backlog, testing, training, communication, risk, and change.
