Job Description

Please note: This role will be based in Bellevue, WA and requires an in-office presence.

Freshworks is seeking an experienced, and proactive Staff Program Manager to spearhead the development and oversight of worldwide marketing initiatives in our field and growth marketing teams. The chosen candidate will be responsible for advancing projects through the establishment of efficient processes, maintaining regular and clear communication, fostering trust throughout the organization, identifying key areas for investment, and contributing to overall success. This position holds significant importance and is pivotal in supporting our ongoing expansion efforts. We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for refining processes, expertise in program and change management, and a keen eagerness to contribute to transformative and innovative endeavors.

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify project briefs & plans, document specific requirements, establish ownership (RACI/DACI methodology) and build project timelines
  • The program manager will drive forward initiatives by creating streamlined processes, communicating consistently and frequently, building trust across the organization, prioritizing areas for investment, and assisting in achieving success.
  • Serve as a marketing liaison for the cross-functional teams
  • Identify, create, oversee, and improve critical marketing processes, programs, and planning activities along with other strategic operational initiatives.
  • Document these processes to drive awareness and adherence to processes and SLAs
  • Help develop and maintain processes for key events and GTM initiatives
  • Meet with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify project briefs & plans, document specific requirements, establish ownership (RACI/DACI methodology) and build project timelines.
  • Drive teams internal communications around the campaigns, events. 
  • Be the glue that keeps people and projects running smoothly
  • Assist with driving the team’s internal communications around the campaigns, events. 

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years in various functions of software marketing, including 3-5 years as a project or program manager in a fast-paced and high-scale environment. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with several different teams, contractors, and agencies, across geographies
  • Highly creative and an excellent writer and communicator but can also be process-driven, think scale, and operationalize programs
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and data-driven

Additional Information

Washington Pay Range: $183,400—$298,000 comprising an annual salary and incentive compensation.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
