Job Description

As a Billing Specialist, you will be a key member of the Finance team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by partnering with key cross-functional team members to support all activities within the processing of our customer subscriptions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support Business Desk team members worldwide in assisting the order to invoicing process
  • Review order forms in a timely manner to ensure appropriate subscriptions and invoices are generated accurately
  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders to resolve any billing discrepancies and lead collection efforts when necessary
  • Ensure internal policy adherence related to the customer signatory process
  • Respond to customer queries received via emails, phone calls, tickets, and other modes of communication
  • Provide best-in-class customer service with first-time-right resolution
  • Assist with month-end close activities for financial reporting

Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3 days/week (Tue - Thur) from our San Mateo HQ

Qualifications

  • Previous billing or AR experience in the technology field
  • Experience with Chargebee is a plus
  • Responsive with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proactive team player with a "can do" attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and O360

Additional Information

California Pay Range: $84,000 - $120,000+.
