Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced content marketing professional who can leverage our unique brand position to support our content marketing efforts in helping build pipeline and support various marketing efforts. Your work will involve crafting in-depth, actionable, and sometimes technical content. You will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that effectively communicates the value, features, and benefits of our products and solutions to our target audience. Your writing will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and nurturing prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create editorial content for derivative assets and supporting collaterals.
- Develop high-quality, informative, and persuasive content for various marketing collaterals, including website pages, landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure accurate and up-to-date content that resonates with our target audience.
- Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with our customers.
- Develop and optimize SEO content by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page SEO techniques to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, style, and accuracy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone across all materials.
- Assist in developing content distribution plans and collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content syndication, to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Contribute to the evolution of content collaterals by assessing feedback and industry best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and design to gather information, insights, and feedback for content creation.
- Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Communication English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of work experience in the B2B content space, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing styles for different formats and target audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, including familiarity of using tools like Ahrefs or MOZ.
- Strong research skills to gather information from various sources and translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and learning new technologies.
