Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic project manager to join our team to help drive brand design projects to completion, help increase workflow efficiency and streamline our creative processes. The Brand Design Project Manager supports the Brand Operations team
in helping organize and evolve creative processes, systems, tools, projects and programs that enable the team to scale and create world-class design experiences and helps ensure projects are properly set up and organized to be as efficient as possible for the brand creative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive planning, process, tracking, and communication alignment
- Vet intake and prioritization of creative projects so assets are delivered on time and within scope
- Day-to-day management and coordination of creative projects—from inception to on-time completion—as well as liaising between our internal creative team and various stakeholders throughout the company.
- Improve team productivity by optimizing creative team processes and efficiently managing resources to balance workload
- Ensure briefs and creative requests are clear and actionable
- Take a proactive approach to process development and workflow optimization
- Assist in the creative approval process, share feedback and ensure implementation of changes.
- Track, follow up and appropriately communicate all changes for projects on an ongoing/daily basis
- Communicate and notify teams of updates in the creative production calendar, final asset deliveries, and launch/usage plans
- Evaluate project performance upon project completion to evaluate workflow efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- 4+ years project managing experience, preferably on an internal marketing team
- Working knowledge of Google Suite products (document, sheet, slides), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and project management software tools and software
- Basic knowledge of design and marketing terminology (file types, types of deliverables, etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a global audience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
- Sound judgment and effective prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
