Job Description

We are looking experienced and strategic Enterprise Account Manager who has a knack for building deep customer relationships and driving incremental business in existing Freshworks customers by delivering value. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills. 

To be successful in this role you should be a self-starter with a "GROWTH MINDSET", who has a willingness to learn and adapt in any situation. You should be prepared to develop and execute against an account plan consistently deliver on revenue targets and have a strong can-do attitude. 

In this role, you will become the resident expert on the Freshworks platform and will expand our cloud-based software usage in existing customers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Demonstrate selling value to key stakeholders within the accounts
  • Build a plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accounts
  • Create and articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders, working in alignment with inside stakeholders (Customer Success, Implementations, Billing, Support, and Deal Teams)
  • Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and lead a larger cross-functional team to the closure of large, complex deals
  • Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate win-win agreements based on value-based selling
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals every quarter
  • Build strategies and execute the plan in the assigned territory to generate and maintain 4x pipeline
  • Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy 
  • Assist customers in identifying industry relevant use cases and educate customers to make a strong business impact 
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure satisfaction within your accounts

Qualifications

  • This role is to cover the LATAM region
  • 6+ years of overall experience in sales, 4+ years of SaaS sales experience/solution-based selling experience
  • Experience selling to VP or C level executives
  • Experience in driving expanded usage in existing customers
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (business level)
  • Track record of success selling into mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business cases and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Proven track record of consistent account growth and quota achievement 
  • Thorough understanding/ experience in related technology in the CRM/EX/CX space
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as directed by sales management 
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
