Job Description
Freshworks is looking to hire Lead - Talent Acquisition (Tech) to lead the Talent Acquisition efforts in Product Engineering Organization and support the organization in establishing hiring footprint in multiple geographies in India.

Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and other requirements for technical positions
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating potential hires
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Pre-screen candidates utilizing a variety of behavioral and situational questioning to source the best quality resumes matching to the requisitions within the prescribed timelines
- Establish rapport with partners like hiring managers, interviewers or team members
- Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in employment law, and other factors that may affect recruitment efforts
- Use data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements
- Compose job offers and complete relevant documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the organization's applicant tracking system
Qualifications
Qualifications
Ideal candidate would have..:
- 8-10 years experience in tech recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across levels.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of methods including outreach , proactive pipelining , networking, on-line and off-line advertising
- Confident, tactful, resilient, and demonstrating high levels of integrity driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Prior experience of working with recruitment, ATS
- Exposure in leadership hiring (Director and above level) is good to have
