About the role

We are seeking an expert who takes responsibility in establishing external research, elucidating the findings, conducting design initiatives and bringing new process improvements to make better design decisions. A hands-on designer who leads the discussion and is at the forefront in defining strategy and experiences keeping users’ expectations in mind.

What you get to do

• Lead, define and manage design activities in the entire design lifecycle across multiple feature launches
• Practice external research as the first step to understand customer feedback and derive meaningful insights out of it
• Take end to end ownership in planning and analysing the requirements and feedback to create a product design roadmap across multiple phases in the project
• Closely work with Product and Engineering stakeholders by actively participating in bringing ideas to product that our customers love
• Practice thought leadership in making design decisions which are scalable and efficient in addressing all the future needs
• Guide and mentor designers to make sure that they have a clear understanding in moving towards the right direction 

What you will need

• Min. 5+ years of experience in practicing craftpersonship across enterprise products
• To be a designer at heart and believe in crafting experiences through collaboration
• Passionate about design and being empathetic in accepting design critiques during team discussions
• Bringing ideas to life with a goal to achieve the defined success measure
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or equivalent design tools
• A portfolio which highlights your process and achievements
