Job Description
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for customer experience solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive sales initiatives and ensure customer success.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of Freshworks' customer experience solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 10 -14 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the customer experience software industry.
- Experience in driving new logo acquisitions (hunting role)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience technologies, including CRM, help desk, and support systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
Additional Information
- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products.
