Job Description:

Working as a part of the Revenue Operations team, the role requires
DAs to work closely with business analysts/program managers to
manage the data and analytics requirements and aid data-driven
decision making.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Collaborating with team members working across functions to
come up with actionable, high-impact insights across product
lines and functions
● Collaborating with the BI teams to maintain the data systems that
serve as the source of truth for the entire GTM organization
● Help operationalize business decisions by working with different
systems and tools
● Developing and maintaining regular reports for tracking key
metrics and provide timely alerts based on the trends
● Communicating insights/findings to help drive initiatives for
improving business performance
● Ensuring that data/analyses are presented in a format that is
appropriate for consumption of the leadership team using
interactive visualizations and dashboards
● Utilizing strong database skills to work with large, complex data
● Filtering, cleaning and converting unstructured (or ambiguous)
data into usable data sets that can be analysed to extract insights
● Using advanced analytics and metrics to improve processes and
provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, revenues, and
risks of business initiatives



● Education and experience: Bachelors in a quantitative field (such
as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics or Computer Science
with Modeling/Data Science)
● A passion for working with numbers and sound understanding of
descriptive statistics
● Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-
oriented environment 

Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint is a must 

Sound knowledge in working with visualization tools such as
Power BI, Tableau, Sisense etc
● Experience in working with real datasets to generate insights and
create data driven stories
● Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL/R/SAS etc.)
